When are foreclosure auctions held in Texas?

Texas foreclosure auctions are held on the first Tuesday of every month, between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., on the steps of each county's courthouse. A Notice of Trustee's Sale must be posted at least 21 days before the sale.
