Free includes Dallas County. Pro adds the rest of DFW (Tarrant, Collin). Premium adds San Antonio (Bexar) and Houston (Harris) — all 5 active Texas counties across 3 metros.

How often is data updated?

Notices are pulled directly from county clerk records and updated daily. New filings typically appear within 1-2 business days.

What is the distress score?

The distress score combines multiple signals (equity position, pre-foreclosure filings, tax liens) to estimate how motivated a seller might be. Available on Pro and Premium plans.
