Free covers exactly that county; Starter covers its whole metro — DFW, Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Rio Grande Valley, Coastal Bend, West Texas, East Texas, Lubbock, El Paso, Laredo — so picking Dallas on Starter also opens Tarrant, Collin and the rest of DFW. You can switch counties every 30 days. Pro covers 76 of 254 Texas counties, where about 92% of the state's foreclosure postings are filed, with nothing to pick.
A download holds up to 1,500 properties, and an account downloads up to 3,000 a month — CSV and Excel on Pro, the printed PDF list on every plan. That covers a whole market's auction month, twice.
