Request removal of a listing
If a foreclosure listing on this site is out of date — the loan was reinstated or paid off, the property sold, or the auction never happened — send it to us here with a document showing it. The listing is taken down as soon as you submit this form, before anyone reviews it.
What happens, in order
- The listing stops appearing in our search, map, county and city pages immediately.
- Its own page states that the auction is no longer scheduled, and asks search engines to drop it. Search engines take a few days to act on that — it is their timing, not ours.
- We email you a confirmation with what was done.
- We check your document against the county record afterwards. If it turns out the auction really is still scheduled, we will email you before the listing returns.
We keep the record of the original county filing — it is a public record of your county and we do not delete it — but it stops being presented as a current or upcoming auction anywhere on the site. If the notice was never about your property at all, say so below and we will correct the record instead.
